Delays: While we strive to deliver all readings within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, personal circumstances, or technical issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds After Delivery: Once your reading has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes situations where:
